Join us in January 2011 on Saturdays at 11AM. Meeting at the Gazebo on Main Street in down town Travelers Rest right along the Swamp Rabbit Trail.
This "bootcamp" style work out is fast paced. We include body weighted exercise such as push ups, squats, lunges, jumping jacks, etc. And sometimes throw in some kicking and punching. With regular attendance you can improve your cardio endurance as well as become stronger for a more fit you.
*What to bring: a towel, a bottle of water, and a "yoga" type mat to do our core work on the floor.
**NOTE** Once the weather becomes warmer we will move the class time back to 9AM. Let me know if you are interested in starting a Tuesday/Thursday class. If we have enough interest, we could possibly get this started.

I will be offering personal training as a service in the near future. I am currently a member of the NSCA (National Sports and Conditioning Association) and am studying to become certified as a personal trainer. I should be certified by the spring of 2011.
